Domain name UDRP, ADR, arbitration WIPO CAC

If the cybersquatter does not surrender your domain name following our Mediation Process we are prepared to fight harder.

ADR

Because the domain name world can be a bit cumbersome and time is of the essence ad-hoc arbitration is often more efficient – and discreet – than a regular court of law. This is why the necessary tools to file and follow an ADR procedure are all included in DomainRecovery.com to give you ease-of-use and accountability.

The applicable ADR may vary based on the extension (Top Level Domain) in which the domain name you wish to recover has been registered but we are constantly improving our service with partnerships in all the main relevant platforms, starting with UDRP.

UDRP

Created with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) was established for the resolution of disputes regarding the registration of domain names. The UDRP is applicable to all gTLD.

The UDRP is a streamlined process for resolving domain name disputes where disputes are resolved by an arbitrator selected for his deep knowledge in Intellectual Property and Domain names. The result of a UDRP is binding towards the Registrant and the Registrar which maximizes your chances or getting your domain name transferred back to you.

Audit

A Trademark is not enough to win an ADR! Current use of the domain name, its site content, the registrant’s behaviour are among many variables key to your recovery success. Our mandatory Audit process ensures we turn every stone to make your case as compelling as possible.
