I. Financial consideration
The initial step of our service consist in determining with you:

Once you will have provided us with sufficient information we will then initiate acontact with the domain name holder.
II. Negotiation with the holder
Our team will approach the domain name holder to establish its expectations and intent. Thus we will be able to determine if an amicable settlement can be reach.
We will provide you with a detailed status report on every action we are taking.
In case of acceptation:
Our team will proceed to the drafting of the relevant transfer agreement and will operate the transmission to the Registry
We will ensure a continuous monitoring of the ownership transfer.
Finally we will also escrow the rescued domain on a dedicated account opened under your name with one of our registrar partner.
In case of rejection by the name holder:
We will provide you with detailed reports, which will help you, decide to re-examine your budget if need be, or build a legal case against the name registrant.
Depending on the fact that you hold prior right on the name our team will advise you to:
- initiate an extra-judiciary process such as the Uniform Dispute Resolution Process depending on the zone in which the name is registered
